Cinnamon Bun Smoothie

1 whole banana, cold
1 cup non-dairy milk
½ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp pure maple syrup (optional)

Combine all ingredients in a blender, whizzing until smooth.
