Shredded Carrot and Daikon
Step 1: Finely grate ½ c. carrot, and ½ c. daikon
Step 2: Boil 1 c. water in a sauce pan, add the carrot and daikon and simmer for 3 minutes.
Step 3: Add ½ tsp. tamari or soy sauce and voila!! Ready to serve.
